Shipping & delivery

How much is shipping?

US orders over $75 ship free. US orders under $75 ship for a flat $8.99 per order, no matter how many items are in your cart. Products with the Free Shipping badge ship free at any order value. Canada: $9.99 per order. EU: $24.99 per order. UK, Switzerland and Norway: $12.99 per order. Your exact shipping cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.

Do you ship to other countries?

If your country isn't offered at checkout, email us and we'll help you place your order.

How long will delivery take?

It depends on the product. Some items ship within a few days; others are custom-made just for you or come from specialty suppliers, so they take a little longer. Some items ship from overseas – they leave the warehouse quickly, but transit can take longer depending on your location and customs processing. Ordering a gift for a date? Order early, and email us if you're unsure about timing.

Will I get a tracking number?

Yes. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Can one order contain items that arrive separately?

Yes. Items can ship from different places, so a multi-item order may arrive in more than one package, each with its own tracking.

Customs, duties & taxes

Will I pay customs fees?

US and EU: no – duties and taxes are included. UK, Switzerland, Norway: usually not, but local customs may occasionally charge import taxes on delivery.

Returns & problems

What is your return policy?

You have 31 days to return an item. It must be unused, in the same condition you received it, in its original packaging with tags attached, with your order number. We never charge restocking fees; you cover the shipping cost to send the item back.

How do I start a return?

Fill out our contact form or email BGESupport@globekusa.com. Please contact us before sending anything back – we'll send clear instructions on where to send it.

What can't be returned?

Perishable goods, custom or personalized items, personal care products (like beauty items), hazardous materials, sale items and gift cards.

My order arrived damaged or wrong. What now?

Contact us right away and we'll make it right.

When will I get my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, we start your refund within 3–5 business days, to your original payment method. Your bank may need a few extra days to post it.

Gifts

Do you sell gift cards?

Yes – our digital gift card comes in $30, $50 and $100 and is the perfect last-minute gift.
