Quick answers
How much is shipping?
Free US shipping on orders over $75, otherwise $8.99.
Outside the US, shipping is a flat rate per order: Canada $9.99; the UK, Switzerland and Norway $12.99; EU countries $24.99. Our FAQ explains customs and duties. Your exact shipping cost always shows at checkout before you pay, and the full details are in our shipping policy.
Where is my order?
When your order ships, we email you a tracking link. If you can't find it, check your spam folder, then write to us with your order number and we'll check it for you.
Can I return something?
Yes, see our return policy for the details. Items that are custom-made or printed to order can be returned only if they arrive damaged, defective or wrong; if that happens, email us a photo and we'll make it right.
How do I pick the right size?
Clothing, pajamas and pet items have a size chart on the product page. If you're between sizes, we usually suggest the larger one. Still unsure? Send us the measurements and the product link and we'll help.
I'm buying for Christmas. When should I order?
November 29 is the last day to order for Christmas, on everything we sell. Many of our gifts are made or shipped to order, so earlier is always better. Running late? A gift card arrives by email.
Do you do group or corporate orders?
Yes. Ski clubs, offices and trip organizers can order 20 or more of selected gifts at group prices with free US shipping. See club and group orders and send us a quote request from that page.
I don't know what to get them.
Our Gift Help Center sorts ideas by person, occasion and budget. You can also start with Christmas gifts for 2026, gifts under $50, unique stocking stuffers or our guide to gifts for frequent travelers. When in doubt, a Best Gifter Ever gift card lets them choose.
